Along with Reliance Jio, the nextgen Ambanis launched

Speaking at the Reliance Industries AGM, Mukesh Ambani not only launched Reliance Jio but looked the proud father as he introduced his two children, Isha and Akash, as the directors of the new telecom venture.
Ambani highlighted the hard work and passion his 24-year-old twin children have brought to the Jio brand.
"Jio is the creation of the young, by the young and of the young. Isha and Akash are directors at Jio. They have been hands on leaders and represent the large contingent of young people at Jio," said Mukesh Amabni.
Jio currently has 60,000 employees across India.
"At present, average age at Jio is 30 years. I want to tell all our young people at Jio: Jio is what it is today because of your passion, ownership and an attitude of 'can do'," he said.
Both Ambani children hold graduate degrees from America. Isha graduated with double majors from Yale University and worked as a business analyst with McKinsey while Akash graduated from Brown University.
The siblings were appointed directors for Reliance Retail Ventures and Reliance Jio Infocomm two years ago. Now they are directors at Jio.
"We may have a few thousand working round the clock, but Jio is evolving every single day...It's not just about mobility but bringing it together with digital, media, cloud services among many other things," Akash said.
